Agent Position
Role & Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate but this is not a requirement.
- You should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere.
- This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists".

The ideal person will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.
Sales Director Position
Role & Responsibilities:
- Focus daily on recruiting new and experienced agents, record all contacts & communication.
- Focus at least one day each week on retaining the agents in your office.
- Over-communicate with your agents (morning message, broadcasting training, accountability meetings, office gatherings, etc.).
- Ensure agents are using ancillary/core services.
- Oversee office and be a resource for agents and staff.
